September 11th Regional WMU Training
What is hindering you from living a missional lifestyle? Is God calling you to do more in the area of missions and ministry? Make your plans now to be at the training for all age-levels. We will meet at Central Baptist Church Americus, Saturday, September 11th from 9am-noon. Registration is $10.00 and includes lunch. For more information and transportation call the

Woman's Missionary Union
The First Baptist Dawson WMU Director is Susan Martin.
Two Women on Mission Circles Meet Each Month
Women on Mission (1)
WOM meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 2 p.m.
This group works through the Missions Mosaic magazine, prays for missions,
and seeks to raise awareness for mission causes.
Women on Mission Evelyn Collier Circle
Director: Gail Bell
This group meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 1 p.m.
Currently, the Evelyn Collier circle is making dolls and flip-flops for the January 2011 Honduras trip.
"Taste & See"
This is a new ministry of the Women's Ministries Committee developed specifically for the young women. Each event's time, theme, special guests and entertainment will vary. Watch the bulletin for future brunches, luncheons, teas, etc. Expect good food, fellowship, and encouragement from other women.
Women's Bible Studies
Women's Bible studies are offered, usually on Wednesday nights.
